Signed and annotated "trial proof" and 'imp' in pencil, indicating a proof printed by the artist. Signed in pencil. $275.
The exact location of the scene is unknown. Possibly it is near Killin (Cill Fhinn 'the White [or Fair] Church' in Gaelic) is a village situated at the western head of Loch Tay in Stirling (formerly Perthshire), Scotland.
