Good condition apart from two remnants of glue stains in the right-hand margin, well outside the image. A rich impression printed on cream laid paper. Signed, dated, titled and numbered '4' pencil by artist. $950.

The Woolworth Building is in the distance. Another impression of this print is in the collection of the Library of Congress; another was exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1918. . This image was the view that the artist had from his office. The tower of the Woolworth Building soars above the lower structures. It is illustrated in John Taylor Arms Plates of Perfect Beauty by Jennifer Saville, Honolulu Academy of Art, 1995.
