Battersea Reach: Thames Barges alongside Lindsey Jetty. c. 1863. Conte crayon drawing. 7 x 10 1/2 (sheet 7 5/ 8 x 11 1/4). Drawn on white wove paper. Monogrammed, lower left. The view across the Thames is of Whistler's house at No. 7 Lindsey Row - (Now 101 Cheyne Walk). $500.

Whistler's House, Old Chelsea. 1863. Photo etching, reduced in size, of Schneiderman 50.. 6 x 8 7/8 (sheet 7 5/16 x 10 1/4). As published in the Études à l'eau-forte. A fine impression printed on simili-Japan paper. Hinge stain in the upper margin, well outside the image; otherwise good condition. Haden depicts Whistler's house, looking towards Cheyne Walk and old Battersea Bridge. Signed, dated and titled in the plate. $350.
