An unobtrusive 1 1/4-inch printing fold in the left-hand margin, extending into the image, otherwise fine condition. A bright impression printed on cream-colored Van Gelder Zonen laid paper on the full sheet of with deckle edges. Signed in pencil. $1,500.
"Skerikulla" is "Skeri girl" in the local dialect, which was spoken by Zorn. The sitter is Emma Andersson. Zorn executed an oil painting of the subject 1912. The etching was executed in Zorn's studio in Mora, but reversed from painting.
